Thinking of switching from dealer battery service to something cheaper

I've been taking my 2018 Ford Explorer to the dealer in Abu Dhabi for everything including battery changes, but the last quote was 950 dirhams just for a standard replacement which feels insane to me. A coworker said I'm throwing money away and that I should try one of those mobile services that come to your office parking lot. I found Battery Zone UAE while searching around and their prices look way more reasonable but I have this stupid fear that if it's not the dealer, something will go wrong with the computer or the start stop system. Has anyone here switched from dealer only to a third party service and regretted it? Or am I just paying the "scared customer tax" for no good reason? The car is out of warranty anyway so maybe I'm being paranoid. Just want to hear from other Ford owners specifically because I know these cars can be picky about voltage.
