There's a moment with Blood Boil when the whole build suddenly makes sense, and for me it happened in a crowded Hell run after I'd already been testing a bunch of setups and even browsing cheap diablo 2 resurrected items to smooth out the rough spots. It rolls across the pack like a fuse burning through a pile of powder. You don't just see damage numbers. You feel the screen open up. In ROTW, that kind of payoff is rare.
